About Us

La Superiore are producers of traditional Italian biscuits, made from family recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation. The story began in a small patisserie shop (known as a “Pasticceria”) in the south of Italy, where the first Baci Di Dama biscuits were produced many years ago. Since then, the range has expanded into other biscuits such as Tarallini, Cantucci and Pasta Di Frolla. And in most recent years, the brand has grown to include additional products such as Torroncini and Creams.

Using only the finest ingredients and the refined artisan skills of the pastry chefs, all biscuits are delicately and carefully produced by hand, still to this day. This ensures the quality and traditions of the biscuit making process is reflected in every biscuit that is enjoyed.

There has always been a long history of biscuits and sweets in Italy, and so La Superiore is a continuation of these traditions, instantly recognisable in stores all across Australia.
